Deposits and Cancellations

A 50% Deposit is required to secure your reservations

Full prepayment must be received 14 days prior to arrival.

 

100% Cancellation fee 0-7 Days prior to arrival

 

50% Cancellation fee 8-14 Days prior to arrival

 

0% Cancellation fee will apply if cancelled with in more than 15 days prior to arrival

 

No Show – 100% Cancellation fee

 

Booking date change: 10 or more days before arrival date free of charge

 

5 days before arrival R500.00

 

Day of arrival – Not acceptable, all payments made towards booking will be taken for Cancellation
